SOCCER TRAINING PROGRAMS

Individual Players: 60-minute and 90-minute sessions are available for all ages (5-18) and skill level (recreation, travel/club, elite). 

Goalkeepers: 60-minute sessions are available for all ages (5-18) and skill levels (recreation, travel/club, and elite). 

Teams: 60-minute and 90-minute sessions are available for any age group and skill level. 

Clubs: Pre-season clinics, in-season clinics and seminars, winter and summer camps for individuals and teams, off-season training. 

Coaches: Our clinics, offered in pre-season and in-season, use classroom and field sessions for both the recreational and travel/club coach in such topics as: organizing and managing your team, setting your lineup and formation, planning an effective practice session, understanding the technical and tactical aspects of the game, game analysis, making game adjustments. 


 

SUMMER AND WINTER CAMPS

Summer Team Camp: A specially designed program to fit your team needs offered in July and August.  Sessions run four or five days for two or three hours per day. The coach chooses the dates and the length of the session.  The coach meets with our staff to discuss the camp agenda. 

Winter Indoor Training: Training programs for Individuals and Groups of 2, 3, 4 and 5 are offered and are conducted at the Total Soccer Fitness & Training headquarters at 4 Pheasant Road in Colts Neck, NJ. Sessions run for one hour on weekdays from 3:30 to 7:30 pm and on Saturdays in the morning and early afternoon.

Young Stars: A camp for pre-schoolers, ages 3-5, with a parent/guardian participation.  An introduction to the game of soccer. 

PRE-K Programs: In coordination with the Colts Neck (NJ) Sports Foundation's Recreation Soccer program, TSFT Owner & Director Tom DeNigris runs a one-hour program every Saturday morning in teh Fall for Pre-K (4-year-old) soccer players.


SPEED, AGILITY, & QUICKNESS FOR SOCCER TRAINING 

Individual Players: 60-minute sessions offered in a variety of packages: 

• 8-week winter program

• 8-week summer program

• Pre-season training 

Winter sessions are conducted at the Total Soccer Fitness and Training Headquarters in Colts Neck, NJ.  Players can be trained as individuals or in groups or 2, 3, 4, or 5. 

SAQ for Soccer Team Camp: Get your team ready for the season with an intense fitness camp, featuring drills for speed, agility, and quickness for soccer. 

SAQ for Soccer Summer Program: For ages 7-13. Soccer-specific SAQ drills are emphaiszed to get players faster both with and without the ball
